Ali A. Al Lamki

Ali Al Lamki is a seasoned energy leader with a career spanning Shell UK and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), where he has led significant transformations across petroleum engineering, operations, and strategic project delivery. At PDO, he recently headed the Hydrocarbon Maturation workstream, advanced CCUS programs, and drove initiatives in Agile HC Maturation and human capital development. He holds a Distinction-level Master’s in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London, and contributes to industry advancement, including as Programme Chair for OPES 2025. In his current role, he leads PDO’s Digital and AI transformation efforts, in line with Oman Vision 2040.
