All registration fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to 5% GST.
Fees include: Technical sessions, exhibits, proceedings, receptions, breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches. Training sessions are not included.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to canadianregistration@spe.org. Cancellation prior to 22 February 2023 will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. For cancellations after 22 February 2023, no refunds will be paid. All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event.

Visa Invitation Letter

Please use this official SPE invitation letter link. Attendees from countries that require a Canadian visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Signed visa letters won’t be given less than three months before the event date. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.

Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs.
