Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 22 July for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 22 July

Accommodations

Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. Contact The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center at or 281.367.9797 and refer to the group name, SPE Artificial Lift Conference & Exhibition or CLICK HERE to reserve your room at the negotiated rate of USD 219 plus taxes per night. Rates at the hotel are offered 3 days before and after the workshop, based on availability. You MUST identify yourself as an SPE Artificial Lift Conference & Exhibition Attendee. After 19 July, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates.

Visa Information

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa
