  • Rates are valid from 10 October until 18 October 2026.
  • Rates are inclusive of GST and are subject to adjustment in line with any changes in government policy.
  • Rates and rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Breakfast at Bacchus Restaurant (Podium Level) is chargeable at AUD 44 per person per day.
  • Official check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is at 1100 hours.
  • A credit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. If unable to stay with us, your booking must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, or a cancellation charge will apply equal to the value of all room nights cancelled. Your card will not be charged in advance but is held as security for your reservation and utilised for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival fees. If the card holder will not be present at time of check-in, you will need to complete a third-party charge authorisation.
  • No show will be subject to a minimum charge of one (1) night's room charge, to a maximum of all room night booked.

Visa Information

Event attendees travelling to Australia must be in possession of passports valid for at least six (6) months with proof of onward passage out of the country. Information on Australian visa requirement can be found on the Department of Home Affairs website https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/. Visa requirements depend on the country of origin. Please check with your travel agent, or the Australian Embassy or Consulate on regulations relating to immigration/visa before your departure.

An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa will be issued to registered attendees if required.
