This panel will examine how evolving federal and state government policies, driven by climate transition requirements, both perceived and actual, are reshaping oil and gas economics.

Drawing on panelists’ real-world experience, the discussion will explore the direct impacts on exploration, production, and security of supply, as well as the balance between export and domestic supply–demand considerations.

The session will also provide perspectives from across the Asia-Pacific region, highlighting national and state-level developments, and conclude with panelists’ views on the industry’s outlook in the years ahead.
