- Room rates are inclusive of daily breakfast at Anigre Restaurant up to two (2) persons. Additional breakfast will be at IDR 350,000 per person per day.
- Room rates are inclusive of prevailing tax and service charge, currently 21% non-commissionable.

- Check-in time is at 1500 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval by Front Desk. There will be charge of the previous day's full room rate for early check-in and a charge of half the applicable room rate for late check-out by 1800 hours, and the next day's full room rate for check-out after 1800 hours.
- No show will be charged for duration of the booking.
- Any amendments to existing bookings should be finalised 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellation or amendments within 14 days will incur a charge equivalent to the full duration of the existing booking.
