SKK Migas

Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) is an institution established by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia under the Presidential Regulation Number 9 of 2013 on Management of Upstream Oil and Gas Activities. SKK Migas is assigned to manage upstream oil and gas activities under a Production Sharing Contract. This institution was established to ensure that the exploitation of the state’s oil and gas natural resources will be able to generate maximum benefit and revenue to the state for the greatest welfare of the people.
