Full-Metal-Power (FMP) develops and manufactures Metal-to-Metal power sections for thru-tubing, coiled-tubing and demanding downhole applications. By replacing the conventional elastomer-lined stator with precision-manufactured metallic rotor and stator profiles, FMP eliminates limitations related to temperature, chemical compatibility, swelling, ageing and changing interference fit. FMP power sections are used worldwide for nitrogen cleanouts, milling, scale and cement removal, aggressive fluids and high-temperature operations, with field experience up to 330°C. With no elastomer to select, match or replace, the technology provides operators and service companies with reusable power sections delivering predictable, repeatable performance across a broad range of intervention environments.
