Know Before You Go

SPE is committed to the safety and well-being of all attendees. Please take note of the following safety and security measures:

• Security checkpoints will be in effect at the main entrances to the event area. To avoid delays, please do not bring large bags or bulky items.
• No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the exhibition hall during the official show hours.
• No outside food and drinks are allowed in the event area, exhibition hall and conference session rooms. 
• Event badges must be worn at all times within the event area.
• Event badges are non-transferable.
• Using a badge assigned to another person is grounds for confiscation.
• Some sessions may become overcrowded due to their popularity. SPE must adhere to room capacity policies in such cases. To ensure access to sessions, please ensure to arrive early.
• In the event of an emergency, SPE and/or venue staff will provide attendees with the necessary information and instructions.
