• Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night is applicable for all foreign passport holders. Effective 1 September 2017, the Tourism Tax will be collected on behalf of the government upon check out. All Malaysian National and Permanent Resident are exempted. 
• Executive Club Floor benefits are available at an additional MYR 500.00 + per room per night for guests staying at City View and Pool Garden View.
• Extra bed is chargeable at MYR 160.00 + per unit per room per night.
• Complimentary WIFI access is available in all guestrooms with a minimum of 4 devices per room. Additional bandwidth of 10mb is available at MYR 30.00 nett.
• Check-in time from 1500hrs and check out time is at 12:00hrs respectively. Early check-in and late checkout request is subject to room availability upon arrival. Early check-in before 10:00hrs is subject to Pre- Registered Reservation with one (1) night charge. Late check-out 14:00hrs to 18:00hrs is subject to 50% fee of the room rate. Late check-out later than 18:00hrs is subject to one (1) night charge.

• Through a Malaysian Representative Office: Visit the Malaysian Representative Office in your country of residence. For more details, please refer to the Immigration Department of Malaysia’s Official Portal.

• Online via MYVISA: Complete your visa application through the MYVISA online website. More information is available here.
   

Invitation Letter Request Form
An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa will be issued to registered attendees if required.

Complete and return the Invitation Letter Request Form to Ken Fu at email kfu@spe.org.

Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry into Malaysia. The invitation letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.

All foreign travellers must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within three (3) days prior to their scheduled arrival in Malaysia. 

Effective 1 January 2024, completion of MDAC will be mandatory, except for the following list:

• Citizens of Singapore
• Diplomatic and Official Passports holders 
• Malaysian Permanent Residents (PR) and Long-Term Pass holders 
• General Certificate of Identity (GCI) Brunei Darussalam holders 
• Brunei-Malaysia Frequent Traveller Facility holders  
• Thailand Border Pass holders
• Indonesia Cross-Border Travel Document (PLB) holders 

Here are the required steps: 

• Step 1: Fill up the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) here 
• Step 2: Submit the MDAC within three (3) days prior to your arrival to Malaysia. Proof of submission will be sent to your registered email. 
• Step 3: Upon arrival in Malaysia, show your MDAC registration and verify your passport at the Immigration counters.
