Rayner's innovative projects include the development of data-driven workflows, virtual flow metering, and advanced production allocation systems, enhancing performance in major oil fields. He has authored numerous technical publications and driven advancements in smart oil field technologies. Currently, he is working in ADNOC Onshore as Production Allocation Specialist leading a major Digital transformation project.
