Dr. Dalia Abdallah has over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, currently serving as Technology Manager at ADNOC Onshore, spearheading AI and Digital transformation across the organization. With a track record of research, piloting, and deployment she drives technology adoption to support ADNOC's 2030 strategy, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in value creation for her company. Recognized for her expertise in Production Chemistry, she has over 50 publications, a patent, and multiple awards, including the 2023 SPE MENA Regional Award in Management. She also champions diversity and inclusion initiatives and STEM education for young girls.
